Biz Latin Hub is actively seeking a CLIENT RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR for our office in Bogota, Colombia. We are a company that provides a full suite of multi-lingual commercial representation and back-office services with more than 11 offices across Latin America.

Position: Client Relationship Coordinator – LATAM (Band: 6)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Calle 98 No 22-64,Bogota, Colombia

Note(s):

– Some international travel may be required for the role

– Passport is required

– US Visa is desirable

Reporting too:Group Managing Director

Remuneration: Up to a MAX of COP$4.0M (this is the max for the perfect candidate)

Responsibilities:

  • Take the primary lead for client engagement and communication
  • Review and provide feedback for all client requests (during working hours responses are required within 3 hours, and evenings / weekends within 24 hours)
  • Coordinate and complete a review call with the client every 2 weeks
  • Review and audit legal documents provided by the client to ensure completeness
  • Coordinate with internal offices across LATAM to on-board new clients
  • Coordinate with internal offices to ensure delivery of corporate secretarial services
  • Monitor and track service delivery across all offices
  • Administrator the Client contract
  • Grow profitability through increased revenue and expanded margins

Essential Requirements:

  • Native Level English (talking and listening)
  • Advanced Level English (written)
  • Degree Qualified (Law, Finance, Business, Accounting or Administration)
  • Must have good knowledge of company legal documents
  • Must have a good knowledge of the regulatory requirements of legal entities
  • Be able to interact well with staff, clients and providers
  • Comfortable with editing and adjusting contract templates in both English and Spanish
  • Able to understand and assess contract / legal risk
  • Great Administration Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Legal training / experience / studies
  • Client relationship experience
  • Portuguese language skills
  • Experience in multiple LATAM countries
  • Experience within a legal and/or accounting services company
