RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical services right from start and till project closures with 100% CSAT.
- Assist all assigned clients in integration requirements, with preparation of design and documentation of all processes as per complexity requirements.
- Assist team by preparing whitepapers, conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support cross-functional teams and enhance the existing artifacts for future reference and customer success.
- Flexible to extend support during any phases of the project right from onboarding till project closure.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years IT enterprise experience and must have Domain expertise in areas such as Identity Governance, Identity Management, HR platforms, or HR iPaaS.
- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies will be valued.
- IGA tools experts in atleast one of these mentioned below: – Required
- Saviynt -Cloud Access Governance and Intelligence (CAGI)
- SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ
- IBM Security Identity Governance & Intelligence (IGI),
- Oracle Identity Governance
- PingDataGovernance etc..
- IDM expertise in one of the below tools in case there is no exposure in IGA tools: – Required
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- SailPoint IIQ,
- Okta,
- IBM Security Identity Manager
- Oracle Identity Manager
- Auth0
- OneLogin
- Ping Identity PingOne
- SecureAuth
- CA Identity Minder etc
- Knowledge of HCM systems such as SAP Successfactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, DayForce, Paylocity, ADP workforce now, Workday will be a big plus. Great to have candidates who have custom adapters/connector implementation knowledge using any IGA/IDM tools. – Desirable
- SF EC to SAP ERP Integration, SF EC to ECP Integration, HCM – PA, OM, TIME and Payroll Integration, HR ABAP would be a Big Plus – Desirable
- Candidates who have used SCIM for IDM/IGA products will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML – Desirable
- Should be having programming knowledge of one of the following Java, JavaScript, HTML, Webservices, JWT, JSON, REST. – Required
- Knowledge of HR (UKG Ready/ADP) to Accounting Integration (Accounting apps like Netsuite, Sage Intact), HR to Benefits Integration is a plus. Desirable
- Experience in various types of Integration (File based, API) – Desirable
- Exposure to Middleware Technologies like IBM Integration Bus, Mulesoft, TIBCO is a plus. – Desirable
- Candidates should show a strong track record of self-learning of new technologies.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact activities and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
