Payroll Analyst (Analista de Folha de Pagamento)
Our team keeps growing every day. Due to this ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Brazil. This position is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, calculating salaries and deductions, handling terminations and benefits, preparing employee contracts and addendums, and maintaining compliance with eSocial requirements and labor laws. Additionally, this role involves managing employee records, controlling occupational health requirements, overseeing benefits administration, managing client billing for additional charges, generating accurate payroll and cost reports, and providing timely and effective communication to clients to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and tax laws.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll components.
- Distribute payslips to employees and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies.
- Prepare initial employee registrations in the system and with government agencies.
- Maintain an updated personnel database with personal and employment information.
- Manage budget and expenses related to payroll and benefits.
- Report to department managers and clients on daily activities and issues.
- Address and resolve employee complaints related to payroll.
- Work with company database programs to process payroll.
- Prepare reports on payroll, company budget, and expenses.
- Control and process employee vacation balances and 13th salary.
- Calculate provisions and process terminations of employment contracts.
- Offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Prepare and file Ancillary Obligations related to the area, including DCTFWEB, Employer WEB, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, on-time delivery, and excellent support.
- Schedule and manage occupational health requirements, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by law.
- Manage benefits such as life insurance, food vouchers, meal vouchers, health plan, dental plan, private pension, etc.
- Manage additional charges to clients.
- Prepare cost reports per employee.
- Research human resources service providers — benefits, software, etc.
- Prepare employment contracts and addendums.
- Prepare FAQ reports for clients.
- Update and maintain employee databases.
- Manage licenses and absences.
- Control timesheets and additional earnings/deductions.
- Manage eSocial event submissions.
- Open and control update requests for payroll software.
- Complete annual labor audit dashboards.
- Control and manage payroll tax payment guides.
- Monitor labor legislation and collective agreements.
- Prepare the annual DIRF for income tax.
- Generate and send annual income reports.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting Sciences or related areas (or currently studying).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel department and detailed-level payroll support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High sense of confidentiality to protect sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- High commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Experience in payroll calculation and eSocial.
- Experience in benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
