Accounting Supervisor

At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for a Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Bogotá. If you have experience in tax compliance, enjoy working with multiple clients, and want to be part of a collaborative and multicultural environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full tax compliance for assigned clients, including preparing and filing all required tax returns.
- Prepare and report financial statements and tax information accurately and on time.
- Interpret and apply Colombian tax regulations, providing expert guidance to clients.
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle for assigned companies.
- Conduct tax planning initiatives and review official accounting books for accuracy.
- Communicate updates and requirements related to accounting and tax regulations to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant with a valid professional license.
- Postgraduate specialization in Taxes.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of Siigo software.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in audit firms is a plus.
- Ability to manage several clients simultaneously.
- Minimum 12 months of tenure in the previous role.
- English level B2 or higher preferred.
