Business Development Administrator
¡Our team is growing! We are seeking a Junior Business Development Administrator to join our team in Buenos Aires. This is a great opportunity for young professionals or recent graduates with strong attention to detail and an interest in international business, commercial processes, and document management. The primary focus of this role is to support the Commercial Team by updating, formatting, and improving commercial documentation including proposals, service scopes, pricing templates, and onboarding materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating and formatting proposals, pricing tables, and service descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date commercial document templates across countries.
- Support the commercial team in tracking document updates and coordinating internal inputs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, accounting, recruitment) to gather information for drafting proposals.
- Contribute to administrative tasks related to client onboarding and internal document management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or International Business.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1), with a strong emphasis on written communication and reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with structured documents and numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- A strong team player who thrives in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Desired Requirements
- Prior experience in a commercial role.
- Experience with artificial intelligence tools (Chat GPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience using English professionally or academically (C1+ level required).
- Familiarity with or experience in legal and/or accounting services industries.
