Finance Integration Manager

We are looking for a Finance Integration Manager to support post-acquisition integration across our entities in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. If you have strong experience in IFRS, M&A integration, and group reporting—and you enjoy leading cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment—this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsabilities
Finance Integration Execution:
– Lead the end-to-end finance integration for acquired LATAM entities.
– Coordinate with local finance teams and external vendors to extract, validate, and transition financial data from legacy systems.
IFRS Alignment
– Review and adjust local accounting policies for IFRS compliance.
– Support IFRS 9-related assessments, including loan modifications and related tax effects.
Group Reporting
– Prepare monthly reporting packs for consolidation into the Hong Kong parent entity.
– Ensure accurate mapping of profit centres and segments for group-level reporting.
Financial Control
– Assess current financial controls and recommend improvements.
– Implement enhancements to strengthen financial governance and operational readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
– Act as the liaison between LATAM finance teams, UK integration leads, and Hong Kong group finance.
– Provide ongoing updates to the Regional Financial Controller and participate in working group meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance integration, financial control, or accounting role.
- Proven experience working in geographically and culturally diverse organisations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
- Background as Financial Accountant, Financial Controller, or ex-audit in LATAM.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Technologically savvy with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and/or MBA.
Desired Requirements
- Experience in corporate services, fund administration, or similar financial/professional services.
- Experience working within a Private Equity (PE) portfolio company.
- Demonstrated experience in finance implementations post-M&A activity.
