Our team continues to grow! We are looking for a Global Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join our global marketing team.

This is a high-impact role where you will support demand generation, revenue growth, and marketing performance optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Measurement

  • Own the setup and configuration of marketing analytics and tag management tools (Google Analytics GA4, Google Tag Manager)
  • Ensure proper integration between CRM and ad/media platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking marketing KPIs, pipeline performance, and revenue impact
  • Develop reporting frameworks to measure campaign and commercial performance end-to-end

Campaign Tracking & Channel Analytics

  • Oversee performance tracking for paid search, paid social, display, events, email, webinars, and sponsored content
  • Ensure clean data capture and attribution (UTM parameters, tagging consistency)
  • Partner with demand generation teams to optimize targeting, bidding, and creative strategy
  • Recommend budget allocation based on ROI, attribution models, and performance trends
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize email, landing page, and funnel performance

Data Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure marketing data integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to maintain database hygiene and data accuracy

Marketing Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Operations on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and target setting
  • Provide analysis on funnel health, attribution, and revenue projections
  • Support account targeting strategies (inbound & outbound campaigns)
  • Collaborate with Finance on marketing spend and ROI analysis
  • Develop joint processes for lead eligibility, handoff, and campaign execution

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics in a B2B environment
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience integrating CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) with marketing platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data visualization platforms is a plus
  • Proven experience tracking demand generation and ABM programs
  • Strong analytical skills (attribution models, funnel analysis, ROI measurement)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience in professional services or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or incrementality testing
  • Experience forecasting marketing contribution to pipeline/revenue
  • Advanced certifications in marketing operations or analytics
  • Experience presenting performance insights to senior leadership
