Growth & Content Manager

Our Client is a mobile AI-powered life-document management platform that helps families and small businesses organize their essential documents and receive intelligent updates, reminders, and insights. Their mission is to make life-document management simple, secure, and smart.

About the Role

We are hiring a Growth & Content Manager to own Our Client’s content strategy, social media presence, and early user growth. You will produce engaging short-form videos, manage digital channels, and support the product team by gathering real user insights. This role requires a creative, hands-on storyteller who can take ideas from concept → script → filming → editing → final production.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media

• Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and simple graphics.
• Create bilingual content (English + Spanish) with clear messaging and voiceovers.
• Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn channels.
• Plan and execute weekly content ideas to increase engagement and visibility.

Growth & User Acquisition

• Run basic digital campaigns to drive app installs and engagement.
• Measure performance and optimize based on analytics.
• Maintain a consistent content and posting calendar.

Product & User Insights

• Test the app regularly and report bugs, UX issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Summarize user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the tech team.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• Located in Colombia.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong experience creating and editing short-form videos.
• Ability to develop content end-to-end (draft → script → filming → editing).
• Proficient with tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Comfortable recording voiceovers and appearing on camera.
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with social media growth strategies.
• Basic understanding of UX, user behavior, or product testing.
• Experience in startups or tech environments.
