We are looking for an HR Analyst – People & Purpose to join our Human Resources team and support HR operations across the United States, Canada, and parts of the Caribbean.
This role is ideal for a bilingual, creative, and agile HR professional who is a quick learner, enjoys working with data and communications, and wants to grow within a regional, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support core HR operations across the Americas, including payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR data management.
- Assist with payroll processes by preparing and reviewing data, coordinating with vendors, and supporting payroll transitions.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including maintaining records and responding to employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters and employee updates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials using Excel and PowerPoint to support HR and leadership needs.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Previous experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, HR data, or employee communications.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, comfortable using both in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset, quick learner, and solution-oriented approach.
Desired Requirements
- Experience working in global or multinational companies.
- Prior exposure to HR operations across multiple countries or regions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Experience in internal communications or employee engagement initiatives.
- Payroll and benefits experience (can be further developed on the job).
