At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources & Recruitment strategies across Latin America and strengthen our organizational culture at local and regional levels.

What Will You Do in This Role?

  • Design and lead people management strategies focusing on onboarding, organizational culture, and employee wellbeing.
  • Oversee hiring and exit processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs (training, career planning, promotions, and 360° evaluations).
  • Lead comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across the region.
  • Supervise and support the HR & Recruitment team to ensure efficiency and engagement.
  • Advise senior leadership on labor law matters, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and manage labor and compliance risks, including internal audits.
  • Prepare and present HR, recruitment, and compliance dashboards to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (C1+) and Native Spanish.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience leading HR and/or Compliance functions in multinational or regional organizations.
  • Proven track record in HR policy implementation, internal audits, organizational culture development, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams with KPI-driven management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across Latin America.
  • Experience with HR systems, talent acquisition platforms, and compliance tracking tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.

  • Postgraduate studies in Talent Management, Compliance, or Labor Law.
  • Strong analytical and strategic leadership skills.
  • Empathetic communicator with high integrity and ethical judgment.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
