Junior Lawyer

At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team in Bogotá. If you have experience in corporate and business law, are interested in working in an international environment, and want to be part of a collaborative and multicultural team, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with Colombian laws and regulations.
• Prepare corporate documents and agreements, including minutes, commercial contracts, and legal opinions.
• Conduct administrative procedures before authorities such as the Chamber of Commerce, DIAN, and Superintendencia de Sociedades.
• Collaborate with accountants and fellow lawyers to support accurate and efficient service delivery.
• Support internal legal processes and provide advisory services to both local and international clients.
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a Colombian university.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate and business law within a law firm or company.
• Proven experience drafting legal documents and agreements, as well as preparing legal opinions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (B2 or higher; will be tested during the selection process).
• Experience conducting administrative procedures with Colombian authorities.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Desired Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in tax, labor, and migration law.
• Interest in learning about corporate finance and accounting.
• Postgraduate studies in Corporate or Labor Law (completed or in progress).
• Motivation to grow professionally within the company.
