Junior Recruiter

At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for a Jr. Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our mission of connecting the best talent across Latin America and the Caribbean.

What Will You Do in This Role?

• Post and manage job openings on different platforms.
• Screen and review CVs to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
• Coordinate technical assessments as required.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Support reference and background check processes.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in Human Resources.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Minimum English level: B2.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in supporting HR matters related to recruitment and onboarding.

Nice to Have:

• Experience or interest in administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of 360° recruitment processes.
• Experience in recruitment agencies, BPOs, or consulting firms.
• Ability to use social media and recruitment platforms to source candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
