At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for a Payroll Assistant (Assistente de Folha de Pagamento) to join our team in São Paulo. If you have experience in payroll processes, benefits management, and compliance with Brazilian labor regulations, and want to be part of a collaborative and international team, we want to meet you!

What will you do in this role?

  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Generate and send payslips to employees.
  • Schedule and control occupational medical exams.
  • Support the complete payroll process.
  • Assist in calculating provisions, vacations, and terminations.
  • Collaborate in benefits control and administration.
  • Calculate payroll taxes and issue the corresponding guides (FGTS, INSS, IRRF).
  • Request payroll expense approvals.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and quality support.
  • Control and file employees’ personal documents.
  • Support the control of absences and vacation leaves.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a personnel department assistant or in related areas.
  • Experience with payroll calculation and social/labor charges.
  • Experience with benefits management.
  • Experience with occupational health.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • High commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
