Recruiter

Our team in Colombia continues to grow! We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in recruitment processes across LATAM and the Caribbean, supporting both internal vacancies and client roles within a collaborative environment with regional impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings across different recruitment platforms
• Review and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial pre-screening interviews
• Coordinate technical assessments when required
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
• Support reference and background check processes
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Minimum B2 level of English (intermediate)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

Desired Requirements

• Experience with 360° recruitment processes (end-to-end)
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies, BPOs, or consulting firms
• Experience or interest in administrative tasks
• Ability to use social media and recruitment platforms for active sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill roles
• Experience in recruitment processes across LATAM
