Senior Associate, US Tax

Our team continues to grow! We are looking for a Senior Associate, US Tax to join our team. If you have experience preparing and reviewing U.S. corporate tax returns, enjoy working with multiple clients, and want to be part of a collaborative and international environment, this opportunity is for you!

This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced tax professionals, contribute to high-quality client deliverables, and support the continued growth of our US Tax practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and local corporate tax returns
• Prepare tax workpapers, reports, and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements
• Conduct research on federal, state, and international tax matters
• Assist in developing and implementing tax planning strategies
• Provide guidance on tax implications of business transactions and structures
• Maintain accurate tax filing records and client communications
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, supporting their professional growth
• Stay up to date with U.S. tax law developments

Requirements

• 2–5 years of U.S. tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Strong focus on corporate tax returns
• Solid knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation

Desired Requirements

• CPA or EA certification (preferred)
• Experience researching complex tax matters
• Previous experience mentoring junior staff
• Strong client-facing experience in a professional services environment
