Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a vibrant talent pool for high-demand roles by engaging with prospective candidates and fostering long-lasting relationships for internal and external-client recruitment.
- Develop and implement diverse recruitment strategies tailored to positions spanning from entry-level analysts to esteemed managerial roles, driving our talent acquisition efforts to new heights.
- Coordination of end-to-end recruiting cycles for internal-external selection processes across the LATAC region, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
- Be the driving force behind attracting top-tier talent to our esteemed company and esteemed clients, propelling us toward our ambitious goals.
- Innovate and devise resourceful sourcing strategies to identify and engage both passive and active talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and align them effectively with job requirements, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive reference and background checks to ensure the integrity and suitability of our prospective hires.
- Contribute and coordinate the HR matters related to the recruitment process to ensure the onboarding of the candidates.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and/or related areas to Talent Acquisition.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Knowledge and/or experience in recruiting IT profiles.
- 360° experience in selection processes from start to finish.
- Experience in recruitment and headhunting for foreign clients that are seeking talent in LATAC, using social networks and platforms
- Preferably with experience in recruitment agencies, BPOs, and consulting firms.
- Proactivity, criteria for working alone and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and with special attention to detail.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience or interest in assisting with administrative tasks.
- Experience or interest in assisting with HR matters related to the recruitment process.
