Community Manager (Hybrid)

Job Title: Community & Audiovisual Manager

Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Salary: 2.500.000-3.200.000 COP (gross)

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our marketing team as a community and audiovisual manager, based at the Biz Latin Hub – Corporate office in Bogota, Colombia.

The job will entail overseeing and developing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), as well as taking responsibility for the translation and publication of materials on our Spanish and Portuguese sites.

Requirements

• Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline (communications, journalism, marketing, etc)
• 1-3 years of professional working experience
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Online marketing experience, especially with LinkedIn
• Experience with graphic design, photography, and video creation.
• Experience with written content production
• Experience with content management platforms (e.g. WordPress)
• Strong work ethic
• Confident, outgoing, and able to build relationships.
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily work activities.

Desirable Requirements

• Portuguese
• Experience with SEMRush, Majestic, Moz, or similar SEO tools Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and manage audiovisual content production, including customized graphics and informational videos.
• Lead on social media planning, posting, and management.
• Support with blog content production and translations.
• Ensure Google Business is kept up to date and actively gather new client reviews.
• Support the broader team with other administrative and marketing activities.
