Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Administration, or related fields is required.
• Advanced English (C1 level).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection is required.
• Knowledge and/or experience in recruiting IT profiles.
• 360° experience in selection processes from start to finish.
• Experience in recruitment using social networks
• Knowledge in head hunting.
• Proactivity, criteria for working alone and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and with special attention to detail.

What would be a plus?

• Previous experience recruiting IT profiles in Latam
• Experience with US Clients
