Accountant

We are seeking a proactive Accountant with solid experience in monthly financial closings, payroll processing, and tax compliance to join our team in Argentina. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing end-to-end accounting processes independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
You will also play an important role in supporting clients and collaborating with internal teams, providing technical insights and ensuring timely delivery of accounting obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing (experience with Holistor Sueldos Web is a plus)
• Prepare and file tax returns before AFIP, AGIP, and ARBA
• Execute monthly accounting closings
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Perform accounting and bank reconciliations
• Apply inflation adjustment procedures
• Handle filings and procedures before public authorities and notaries
• Conduct accounting and tax analysis for clients
• Prepare reports for clients and management
• Support and review work performed by junior team members

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in an accounting firm environment
• Strong experience in monthly closings, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and tax compliance
• Ability to independently manage filings and procedures with public authorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Requirements

• Experience working with S.A.S. entities
• Strong knowledge of inflation adjustment procedures
• Interest in staying up to date with regulatory and technical changes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
