Corporate Lawyer

Job Description
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting clients with company incorporations, corporate governance, and legal compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and international clients, ensuring high-quality legal support across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
- Manage company incorporations, including entities with foreign shareholders
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in English and Spanish
- Handle legal procedures before local authorities
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements
- Support client relationship management and ongoing legal needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated service delivery
Mandatory Requirements
- Licensed Lawyer in CABA
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Bilingual proficiency (English C1 or higher)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate law
- Proven experience incorporating companies in Argentina (including foreign shareholders)
- Experience managing clients and working within teams
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating contracts in English and Spanish
- Experience handling processes before local authorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Profile
- Knowledge or experience in Labor Law
- Understanding of administrative procedures related to foreign exchange and international investment
- Exposure to Banking & Finance or Tax Law
- Previous experience in a law firm environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
