Interim IT Operations Support Resource

Our team in LATAM continues to grow!

We are looking for an Interim IT Operations Support Resource to support a large-scale laptop deployment project across the region. If you have hands-on IT support experience, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and feel confident supporting users in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, this opportunity is for you!

Location: Mexico or Colombia

Temporary Assingment – 3 months

Key Responsabilities

• Support the preparation, imaging, and configuration of laptops for deployment.
• Assist in organizing and executing deployment events, including equipment handover and user sign-off.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to users during their initial setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve first-level hardware or software issues related to deployment activities.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, inventory logs, and user acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to ensure adherence to deployment standards and security protocols.
• Follow daily plans, schedules, and priorities as defined by the project lead.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support or hardware deployment roles.
• Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and basic software installation/configuration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel within Latin America when required.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to collaborate with cross-regional teams and stakeholders.

Desired Requirements

• Prior experience supporting large-scale hardware rollouts or similar IT operations projects.
• Experience collaborating with distributed IT teams in multinational environments.
