Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Vistra + Biz Latin Hub is expanding! We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Commercial team in Bogotá, Colombia. This hybrid role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales pipeline, targeting companies seeking expansion and back-office support services across Latin America.
You will play a critical role in identifying prospects and initiating relationships with decision-makers interested in financial, legal, and operational outsourcing solutions — including company formation, payroll, accounting, tax compliance, and HR advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Conduct high-volume daily outreach across calls, emails, and social touches
- Identify client needs related to company expansion and back-office services
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Sales Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Targets & KPIs
- Daily outbound call and email targets in a high-activity environment
- Consistent pipeline generation and meeting booking quotas
- Conversion rates from lead to qualified opportunity
- Timely follow-ups and engagement metrics
Technology Stack
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo AI, Endgame, Lemlist, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English — Professional communication level
- Proven resilience and ability to handle rejection in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a process-focused mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organised
- Experience in B2B sales, SDR, or lead generation roles is preferred
- Interest or background in corporate services, legal, finance, or consulting is a plus
- Early career professionals with experience in a corporate or professional services environment are encouraged to apply
Desired Requirements
- BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
- Previously worked in a multinational context.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
