We’re growing our team and looking for a Senior Recruiter & Talent Partner in Costa Rica to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives across our global organization.

What will you do?
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, and community engagement
- Create compelling outreach and employer branding content
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring strategies and workforce planning
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Support internal mobility and career development efforts
- Maintain recruiting workflows, reporting, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes

What are we looking for?
- Strong bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast-paced business environments
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Knowledge of Costa Rica employment practices and recruiting trends
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, or talent operations initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience using modern recruiting and sourcing tools
- Professionalism, integrity, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within global or distributed organizations
