Allan is the first contact in Chile for clients who are interested in expanding their business operations to the nation. Allan has ample experience and knowledge to support companies in navigating their way through the local business environment. Allan is specialised in mining, specifically; mining property processing, mining litigation, obtaining mining titles. Coupled with his mining experience, Allan has experience in the following legal sectors; environmental, maritime, urban, corporate, real estate, easement, and territory analysis for mining purposes, energy production, and development of urban and industrial projects.
Allan continues to up-skill and is currently completing an LL.M in corporate law. Allan is a Chilean citizen and also holds a Canadian nationality and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Allan leads a great team full of diversity, who boast a combined expertise that covers company incorporations, corporate law, accounting/tax/financial services and commercial representation/market entry services.
Allan is a keen traveller and has visited 54 countries in total and he also spent four months in New Zealand on a working holiday. In his spare time, Allan likes to play golf and tennis.
