An intense 2016, but we want more in 2017!!

This year is coming to an end, here at Biz Latin Hub we worked hard to fulfill all our clients wishes and promised commitments. With this article we want to close, what has been a momentous year for us here at Biz Latin Hub. First it has to be mentioned, that all of these achievements would have been impossible without the support of our loyal clients and our growing team across the region. The end of one year and the start of another represents a great opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved and to share our “New Year’s Solutions” for what to expect from us in 2017!!

Delivering Better Business Services in More Locations

2016 was a milestone year for all of us at Biz Latin Hub. We expanded from our already existing operations in Colombia and Peru to new countries, in order to serve more clients by offering additional services. Hence, now geographically we have a greater reach in order to help your company grow even further.

In terms of products and services, we continue to expand our recruitment division Southern Cross both in Colombia and across our regional business units. Due to the high demand from clients and international businesses to assist them already earlier in their growth within LATAM, we have launched a range of professional market entry and business services, in order to help companies to identify their best ways to market and implement their strategy successfully.

Another important part when helping international business people and their families, includes finding a place to live and the organization of schooling, therefore we have launched our LATAM Real Estate business with end-to-end relocation services to provide further support to our clients and friends. Time, risk evaluation and management is an important part of any growth plan in Latin America, not only natural resources. As such we have developed our LATAM Security Solutions business, a unique security company focused on the provision of security, investigation, intelligence and training services.

But the greatest investment this year has been the investment into our people. Our team continues to grow both in terms of number and quality. We are sure that our clients will acknowledge that and have therefore continued to invest in improving the professional profile and experience of our teams. The level of expertise that we have now at our disposal fills us with pride and we know that by investing in growing our team, we will raise our service standards in order to better fulfill your needs.

Given the increasing commercial openness of Argentina, Biz Latin Hub has already established the company Biz Latin Hub, and the growth of this new division will be a major area of focus for the group in 2017, whilst supporting the organic growth and consolidation of our existing regional businesses. Geographically we are working hard to build our global networks in order to facilitate business and offer our personalized services beyond Latin America into other regions globally.

With regards to extending our service offering, we will build up our Southern Cross Recruitment business across LATAM, as well as integrate our security proposition to all countries. We are also increasingly receiving requests for support from our clients with regards to technology, digital and Search Engine Optimization services, where we already build our capacity to assist you in the future.

Nevertheless, all of this growth does not distract us from our core business and across the group our team will be seeking to consolidate and improve our existing operations and relationships with you, our clients and friends!!

Craig is a seasoned business professional in Latin America. He is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Biz Latin Hub Group that specializes in the provision market entry and back office services. Craig holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, with honors and a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of New South Wales. Craig is also an active board member on the Australian Colombian Business Council, and likewise also active with the Australian Latin American Business Council.

Craig is also a military veteran, having served in the Australian military on numerous overseas missions and also a former mining executive with experience in various overseas jurisdictions, including, Canada, Australia, Peru and Colombia.
